TAKE A look at the Qc control of Ayblue for pin shafts

At AYBLUE, the minimum STEEL GRADE used for PIN SHAFTS is EN19 (4140) with tensile strength of 850-1000 Mpa

 During the Raw Material stage we follow annealing process to make the round bars stress free for high ductility

 The minimum yield strength of our pins is more than 75000 KSI through cold drawn process

 Our pins are also induction heated with hardness upto 52-56 HRC with effective depth of 2.0mm – 4.00mm

  For Precise size cutting as per the drawings, we use CNC saw cutting machine for perfect accuracy

 The drilling on the pins are done through our CNC machine for precise size as per requirements of drawing
